Sticker prices on the most extravagant sport utility vehicles now start well into six figures, and the gap between the cheapest and costliest of them is wide. Listings from TrueCar, Cars.com and Kelley Blue Book, current as of October 2026, show which models sit at the very top. Here are ten SUVs that start above $160,000, from the most expensive downward.

1. 2027 Rolls-Royce Cullinan: Priciest of Them All

TrueCar’s October 2026 list of the most expensive SUVs puts the 2027 Cullinan first, at a $432,350 starting MSRP. The popular Black Badge version starts higher still, at $502,350, a version that the listing describes as popular.
A price that begins above $430,000 places the Rolls-Royce in a class of its own among SUVs. Buyers considering the Black Badge should budget for an entry price that sits $70,000 above the standard model’s, before any options are added, a notable premium for a different badge.
2. 2026 Ferrari Purosangue: Four Doors From Maranello

Ferrari’s first four-door, four-seat model starts at $429,286 for 2026 and makes 715 horsepower, according to TrueCar’s October 2026 ranking. The Purosangue lands only a little below the Cullinan at the top of that list.
The result is a Ferrari that carries four people, which changes who can plausibly own one. Shoppers weighing it against the Rolls-Royce are comparing two starting prices separated by just a few thousand dollars, so power and character matter more than cost in that choice.
3. 2026 Bentley Bentayga: Luxury With a Speed Option

Cars.com lists the 2026 Bentayga Azure from $270,900 and the Speed from $284,300. The Speed’s 641-hp twin-turbo V-8 is said to reach 60 mph in 3.4 seconds, a figure that gives the big Bentley sports-car acceleration.
Both trims sit well below the top two on the list, though each still carries a price that few buyers will treat casually. Choosing the Speed over the Azure costs an extra $13,400 at the starting line, which is the price of those performance claims.
4. 2026 Aston Martin DBX: British Brawn

The 2026 DBX starts at $260,500 on TrueCar’s ranking, with 697 to 717 horsepower listed across the range. Buyers paid an average price near $249,079 according to the same source, which is noticeably below the published starting figure.
That average sits about $11,000 under the sticker, which hints that actual transactions can land below the listed price. Shoppers should still confirm current incentives and pricing with a dealer before assuming that the gap applies to a new purchase of the Aston Martin.
5. 2026 Lamborghini Urus: Italian Bull

TrueCar lists the 2026 Urus at a $250,490 starting MSRP with 789 horsepower, and says buyers paid about $243,506 on average. The Lamborghini therefore combines the largest output cited anywhere in this group with a price that sits mid-table.
That 789 horsepower is the highest figure among the models here. A gap of nearly $7,000 between sticker and average paid price suggests some room to negotiate, though outcomes will vary by dealer, region and the options a buyer selects, so the average serves as a guide rather than a guarantee.
6. 2027 Land Rover Range Rover (SV): Flagship From Solihull

Kelley Blue Book prices the 2027 Range Rover P615 SV at $221,950, and the top P615 SV Ultra LWB reaches $277,450. The Land Rover therefore spans a wide range within a single nameplate, with the Ultra trim at the high end.
The long-wheelbase Ultra adds $55,500 over the standard SV, a large premium for a single step up the ladder. Shoppers should compare trims closely and price each option before settling on a configuration, since the spread is so considerable.
7. 2027 Mercedes-AMG G 63: The Boxy Benchmark

Kelley Blue Book lists the 2027 AMG G 63 at $200,000, powered by a 577-hp V-8 and rated at 4.2 seconds to 60 mph. The round number makes the Mercedes-AMG easy to remember as a price marker among the luxury SUVs.
The G 63 offers less power than the Urus or Purosangue but costs far less than either, which may suit buyers who value its distinctive look over outright output. Its price still lands $40,000 above the $160,000 floor that defines this list.
8. 2026 Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600: Maybach Treatment

Cars.com’s review gives the Maybach GLS 600 an MSRP of $181,250 including a $1,250 destination fee, for a 550-hp twin-turbo V-8. The Mercedes-Maybach SUV thus starts a little below the AMG G 63 in the same lineup of luxury Mercedes models.
The $18,750 difference between the two Mercedes models reflects different priorities, with the Maybach built around luxury and the G 63 around power and presence. Buyers focused on comfort rather than output can treat the lower figure as the more relevant comparison when cross-shopping the two.
9. 2026 Cadillac Escalade-V: Cadillac Goes V

Kelley Blue Book lists the 2026 Escalade V-Series at $170,895, nearly double the $93,995 base Escalade, with a supercharged 6.2-liter V-8 making 682 horsepower. The Cadillac is the only American entry on this ranking.
The jump from base to V-Series is about $76,900, a steep premium for the performance package alone. Domestic-brand shoppers can still note that the most powerful Escalade costs far less than the European models at the top of the list, which start at more than $400,000.
10. 2026 BMW XM: Plug-In Performance

The 2026 BMW XM plug-in hybrid has a starting sticker price of $160,775 and 738 horsepower, according to Kelley Blue Book. It sits at the bottom of this ranking, only just above the $160,000 line that defines the group.
The XM sets the entry point for the list, while its plug-in hybrid setup offers an electrified option in a field full of large V-8 engines. Buyers who want high output at the lowest price here will find the BMW the closest fit.
